InterwovenCircularity provides circular economy consulting, waste reduction strategy, and sustainable material innovation services to businesses operating in South Africa. All services are delivered based on a mutually agreed scope of work, timeline, and fee schedule.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your operations, waste streams, and supply chain. You are responsible for granting reasonable access to facilities and personnel during audits or workshops. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may affect delivery timelines.
All deliverables—including audit reports, workshop materials, and strategic recommendations—remain the intellectual property of InterwovenCircularity until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for internal business purposes. Our methodologies and proprietary frameworks are not transferred.
InterwovenCircularity provides advisory services and recommendations based on current data and industry best practices. We do not guarantee specific financial savings, waste diversion percentages, or regulatory outcomes. Our total liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the total fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the effective date. Confidential materials must be returned or destroyed within 30 days.
